In the evening of 1 May 2016, Thitaree went to sky walk of Chong Nonsi BTS station to taking part in a Post-Sith (post right) activity to campaign for freedom of expression and for the release of 8 admin of We Love Gen. Prayuth facebook page who were held under military custody.  

After Siravich activist from Resistant Citizen group who was also facing charge from the same event throw post-it paper on the floor Thitaree pick up a paper, wrote a message then pasted it on one of the post on sky walk. The police then arrested and brought Thitaree to Tung Mahamek police station. Thitaree was charged pasted an advertisement on the wall without permission. Thitaree initailly denied the charge and asked to defense her case in the court. The Bangkok South District Court set to examine witnesses from 9 to 11 November 2016.

After witnesses examination were concluded, the court set to render a verdict on 27 December 2016 at 1.30 pm.
