He was arrested by the military officials in front of Macdonal's Ratchaprasong branch. The authority pressed his face to the floor to prevent him from screaming and dragged him on the ground, he got hurt and some bleeding on his face. After that, he was taken to Crime Suppression Division by an ambulance.

At 10.30 am, around 200 people including Pinyophab gathered and started a symbolic activity against the coup in front of Macdonal's Ratchaprasong banch. 

Around 11.15 am, five military officials arrested Pinyophab by pressed his face to the floor and dragged him to  Ratchaprasong intersection. At the same time, jounalists and some people followed the military officials and asked for his name. He was taken to Crime Suppression Division. 

 

30 May 2014

the military officials submitted a complaint against Pinyophab at the Crime Suppression Division.

 

31 May 2014

after Pinyophab was taken for 7 days under the Martial Law. The police charged him and requested the Military Court for a temporary detention. But the court granted him on bail in the sum of 10,000 Bath.


17 July 2014

Pinyophab went to report at the Military Court. The military prosecutor filed a complaint to the court. He is still on bail.

Deposition Examination
 
At room no.3 of Bangkok Military Court, the court set to examine Pinyophab's deposition. The court began by reading charge statement to the defendant that on 25 May 2014, the defendant together with other around 200 person defied NCPO announcement no. 7/2014 by gathering at Mcdonald Restuarant in Amrin Plaza
 
Pinyophab pleaded guilty but stated to the court that he have to taking care of his nephew who is suffering from autistic disorder, he then requested the court to consider give minor sentence. The court then sentenced Pinyophab to 6 months in prison and fine in the sum of 10,000 Baht. Due to his guilty plea, Pinyophab's prison sentence was reduced to 3 months and fine was reduced to 5,000 Baht. The court also ordered to suspend Pinyophab's prison sentence for the period of 2 years.
