On 18 July 2021, protestors rallied to government's house whild passing Phan Fah intersection, the police obstruced the road and used tear gas to force protestors to rallied other way. In the evening, there was a fire under the King's Potrait near the police line. Sitthichok said he saw a fire and took some water to stop it. There was a short clip shared on internet saying that he was pouring fuel with intention to burn the King's Potrait. 

Criminal Court deliver a verdict on 17 March 20223 sentenced Sitthichok under lese majeste and Emergency Decree for 3 years and 6 months. The bail request was also sent to the Court of Appeal.
