Chukiat Sangwong or (Justin Thailand), an activist from Samut Prakan province went to join protest of the REDEM at Sanamluang on 20 March 2021.

As the protest went on some protesters tried to pull containers where the police used as barier at Sanamluang down. The police then use force to crackdown the protest. 

During the protest, the plainclothes police saw the incident where someone pasted a4 paper written message "Litter Here" on portrait of King Rama 10 that was set up near the Supreme Court.

After the police conducted investigation it found that Chukiat was the alledged offenders. The police then obtain arrest warrant from the court and arrest Chukiat close to his house on 22 March 2021.   

Chukiat was remanded in custody under detention order of this case for 71 days from 23 March to 1 June 2021. He was however released on 2 June 2021 because he also have to request for bail in another lese majeste cases.
