On 21 July 2020, facebook fanpage พิราบขาวเพื่อมวลชน (White Dope for the people) posted picture and message on their official fanpage announced to organize protest in Lampang province under the name #ลำปางรวมการเฉพาะกิจ (#Lampangnowornever) but detail on venue and date was not yet announce. Later, on 23 July 2020, fanpage then announced to organize protest at Lampang clock tower on 26 July 2020 from 5 pm. onward.
On the date, the protest went well with neither violence nor arrest. Highlight of protest were speeches by Parit aka Penguin, a student activist from Thammasat University who was originally from Lampang and Anon Nampa Human Rights lawyer and political activist.
On 17 August 2020, Anon received summon from police station in Lampang province to acknowledge accusation for defying regulation prohibit public gathering under Emergency Decree. Anon along with other 3 individuals who faced accusation in this case are set to meet with police on 25 August 2020.
