18 April 2016, Watana Muangsook. a politician of Phue Thai Party, was summoned by NCPO for the 4th time and had to stay 3 nights in the military camp because he eapressed his political opinion on Facebook about the freedom to talk about the draft constitution.

Watana, once, signed an MOU of release with NCPO not to join any political movement since May 2014, he then was charged for violating such conditions which is an offense under NCPO annoucement no. 39/2557. The maximum penalty of this offense is 2 years in prison or 40,000 baht fine.
