'Waree' is a pseudonym of a woman from Samut Prakarn Provice who was accused by Phasit Janhuathon from a Royalist group at Su-ngai Kolok Police Station at the most southern part of the country. She was accused for posting a satirical cartoon in a comment on her own Facebook. Phasit initially accused her under Lese Majeste and Computer Crimes Act. 'Waree' has to travel for more than 1,000 kilometers to acknowledge the charges and defend her case. Later, prosecutor filed a case against her at Narathtwat Provincial Court them she had to travel to defend her case with her own expenses.
