Nutchanon, a member of United Front of Thammasat and Demonstration group, was accused under Lèse-majesté or Criminal Code Section 112 and Printing Act Section 8. Due to, on 19th September 2020, Nutchanon was traveling in a truck with the books name 'Sky shaking phenomenon, Monarchy Reformation demands on 10th August' or“ปรากฏการณ์สะท้านฟ้า 10 สิงหา ข้อเรียกร้องว่าด้วยสถาบันกษัตริย์”. That will be distributed to the demonstrators at Sanam Luang, Bangkok. 
 
Police Officers seized those books in the truck at a village in Pathum Thani Province. The books contain speeches of Arnon Nampa, Panupong Jadnok, Panusaya Sithijirawattanakul, and Parit Chiwarak. Those speeches allegedly are within the scope of insulting the monarchy. Moreover, the books’ publication process did not comply with the law.
