On 10 September 2020, the political activity called  ‘Nonthaburi people challenging dictator’ was held at Nonthaburi port, Nonthaburi Province. The event started from 5 pm to 11 pm. A stage was set up for live music, satirical shows and political speeches on various social issues. 
 
As a result of such activities, Parit, Panusaya and Panupong  were accused under the lese majeste law or Section 112 of the criminal code due to the speeches given at the event. Whereas, Shinnawat and Thanakorn, 17-year-old, were accused under Section 116. 
 
On 8 December 2020, the accused went to Nonthaburi police station prior to being informed of an accusation. All of them denied all charges. They were released with no warranty.
