On 8th June 2020, 4 representative of the NGO Coordinating Committee on Development (NGO-COD) went to the Royal Embassy of Cambodia, Bangkok Thailand to handed letter to the Government of Cambodia to search for Wanchalearm Satsaksit, a Thai political activist who seek aso Wanchalearm's whereabouts after he was abducted by group of men on 4th June 2020.

Since the representative of Cambodian Embassy did not came out to receive letter, the 4 activists then left a letter on the ground in front of the Embassy. While activity was going on the police did not interrupt or intervene the activity but afterward the 4 activists were summoned to acknowledge accusation under Emergency Decree.
