Phayao, Sirawith and Prarit along with a group called People Coalition for Free and Fare Electionand and Leader of We Want to Vote group had organized the event called Respect My Voice. This event had been led by Arnon Nampa, a Thai lawyer who always participates in political activities.

The event had developed to raise attention among Thai people about transparency of the election on March 24, 2019, especially the process that the Election Commission of Thailand had been used to count the votes after the election on the same day.

At the event, most participants were raising placards which contain the content, such as stop cheating on the election, respect my vote, and respect my voice. Also, they had asked the ECT to disclose the election’s data in every election’s unit. Furthermore, they had called for people to sign the letter to relieve ECT’s commissioners from the positions.

After that, they had got summons that asks them to report themselves at Phayatai Police Station. To be more precise, they were charged in the accuse of defamation by publication on that day.
