On 17 May 2018, Pheu Thai Party planed to organize press conference titled "4 years of failure of the government" and "NCPO, leading to darkness and danger" at the party's head quater. The police however prohibited the press conference given that it could be a political gathering that was prohibited under order no.3 of head of NCPO.

The party's committee then decided not to appeared in a press conference but had 3 party members shared their personal opinion. The NCPO later reported sedition accusation against 3 party member who took the stage. It also reported accusation under order 3/2015 of head of NCPO against nine party comittee.

17 May 2018 Pheu Thai Party called a press conference on '4 years of failure of the government and NCPO, leading to darkness and danger' but police prohibited the press conference given that it could be a political gathering. The committee of the party to not appeared on stage but three other members will appear to talk about their personal opinion. Later, NCPO launched charges against 3 people under Sedition and 9 people under head of NCPO order for gathering 5 persons upwards. 

On 30 May 2019, the prosecutor ordered to stop prosecution against all person who were accused under order of the head of NCPO no. 3/2015 (12) whoch prohibitted political gathering of 5 perples and above on the ground that the law had been prohibitted. However, the sedition accusation against Chaturon, Wattana and Chusak still remainded 

On 24 September 2019, the lawyer give information that the prosecutor and police had the same opinon not prosecute the case. The case is now close.
