The court ruled that Mr. Robert is guilty under Article 112 and ordered him a four-year imprisonment. According to his confession, his jail term was then reduced in half. The court also ruled further about Mr. Robert submission of the royal pardon. This, together with his support to the royal chaipattana foundation as well as the shown medical records that he received treatment for severe mental illnesses, heart disease and hypertension; the court ruled that according to his age, his punishment will be suspended for 1 year.
